Its October…there is a chill in the air and creativity is buzzing around Fox for the fall festival costume contest. We will not be making costumes in art class, but I didn’t want to leave you with no idea how to create a costume or a mask, so I am making sure you know the categories, and have a few helpful blogs for how to make a mask. Check out the above image from Tiny Fry blog.
Our categories this year are:
Best home-made, Best mash-up, Weirdest, Cutest, Scariest, Most Creative, Best Use of Recycled Materials, Best Nature Themed, Best Group, Best Pair, and Best Family
Here are some awesome posts by paper mache artists that show you how to make a mask for when you are ready to get super creative at home. All you need is water, elmer’s glue, scissors, news paper, some kind of mold (like a balloon or beach ball…or another plan ) and a space to make a mess!
